Established in 1989, the North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) has distributed over 10 million dollars worth of monetary and grocery assistance to less fortunate members of the  Glen Burnie, Hanover, Linthicum, Pasadena, and Severn communities, among others. This is all made possible by our endless community spirit and by the grace of God of which we give thanks.

We are a non-profit 501(C)3 organization and we do not receive any government funding. All our needs are provided for by our gracious donors, which include over 36 Churches and Organizations, as well as private individuals.

Our only goal is to not be needed.
