Clients must arrive by 11:45 AM to allow processing time.
Financial assistance is limited to funds available per day, first come, first serve.
**Please note, NCEON reserves the right to close early based on the availability and health of our volunteers.
The North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a community Organization established to provide food and financial assistance to the underserved individuals and families.
