10 AM to 12:00 PM
Clients must arrive by 12:00 PM to allow processing time.
Financial assistance is limited to funds available per day, first come, first serve.

The North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a community Organization established to provide food and financial assistance to the underserved individuals and families.
