NCEON Follows the Anne Arundel County School System for weather closures.

Should schools be open on a delayed basis NCEON will open on time.

North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON)


The North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a Christian organization comprised of churches and civic organizations from the Glen Burnie, Harmans, Hanover, Linthicum, Millersville, Orchard Beach, Rivera Beach, Pasadena, and Severn areas. NCEON is an all-volunteer organization and does not receive any government funding.  All funds received by NCEON are donated by member organizations and private individuals.

NCEON was established in 1989 and has distributed over $10 million in food and funds to the less fortunate members of our community.  The ultimate goal of NCEON is to never be needed again.  This is made possible by the Grace of God and a community spirit that is Embodiment of the Compassion of Christ.

NCEON is a 501(C)3, all Volunteer organization and does not receive any Government funds.

Emergency financial aid from NCEON

Occasionally, the donation levels  allows NCEON to provide financial assistance to individuals and families who are facing eviction. 

Eligible applicants must be North County residents and have documentation of the cause of recent financial difficulties, such as a medical emergency, reduction in work hour or loss of employment. Moreover, all clients are expected to work toward self-sufficiency. 

As with any application submitted, the person seeking help must provide documentation of a crisis in order to qualify for financial assistance. 

Client Hours

Monday: 10am - 2pm

Wednesday: 10am - 2pm

Friday: 10am - 2pm

Closed: Tuesday, Thursday and the weekend.  Also closed on Federal holidays.


The Board of Directors or NCEON  established the following guidelines for the guidelines for the distribution of food and/or funds for our clients:

1.  Birth Certificate/passport  for everyone in household;

2.  Drivers license;

3.  Social security card for everyone in household;

4.  Anyone seeking financial help for EVICTION must present an Eviction Notice with the Judge's                 Determination (disposition signed and dated by the judge;

5.  All UTILITY bills must be in the form of a turn-off notice (is highlighted in pink on the turn-off bill/

In addition to the above, NCEON can only help financially once every year (12 months) and with food every 3 months.  NCEON can also only help with prescriptions every 3 months.

However, NCEON has referrals to other participating resources for food and finances that they will share with you.

NCEON accepts your generous food and monetary donations M-W-F from 10 am to 2:30 pm or by special arrangement. Volunteers are always available to help unload your vehicle.
